Charitable Remainder Annuity Trust
(Who should serve as trustee?)

An annuity trust is a separate legal entity administered by a trustee. You, a financial advisor, or institution can serve as trustee of your annuity trust. This gives you the flexibility of following your own or your advisors' investment strategies. If you desire, Children's can also serve as trustee, and we would be happy to discuss our policies with you. Whichever option you choose, our staff can share sample trust documents and discuss the details of establishing the annuity trust with you and your advisors.
